RACE FORMAT

• 150 maximum entries
• All entries will be handled online thru www.RCRaceRegistration.com  (Entries can be taken at track but not recommended)
• Friday practice from 12:00 noon until 8:00 PM
• Saturday practice from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
• Drivers meeting at 9:00 AM
• First qualifier starts at 9:30 AM
• Sunday is rain day for each event

FORMAT FOR QUALIFYING

Qualifying format will depend on the number of racers that each track can run at one time. Our goal is to have around 30 heats of qualifying. Depending on the track and the number of entries, the number of rounds could vary. The length of each heat will be 5 minutes with 3 minutes of warm up.

15 Car Heats 150 entries: 3 rounds (should end around 4:30 PM)

12 Car Heats >120 entries: 2 rounds <120 entries: 3 rounds

10 Car Heats >100 entries: 2 rounds of qualifying <100 entries: 3 rounds of qualifying

Basically, we are trying to keep the number of qualifying heats as close to 30 as possible. We realize that due to heats not being full that this might not be perfect, but it is a format to help keep the event from going to late.

FORMAT FOR MAINS

Nitro A mains: 30 minutes Pro Truck A main: 20 minutes B mains: 15 minutes C mains and lower: 10 minutes

With the popularity of the Carolinas Points Chase, ECNS and all of your tracks efforts, we think that our attendance will be right around 150. This is a lot of people to get thru in a one day show, especially if you are not prepared and have the schedule in mind.

Entry fees will be $30 per class

• Pro Truck (lipo electric truck)
• 1/10th Scale Gas Truck & Production Monster (to run together but scored separately) (If either class is short)
• 1/8 Sportsman Buggy
• 1/8 Arena Truck
• 1/8  Pro Buggy
